Returns & Refunds Policy
General Policy
We operate on a no return and refund policy for all items, with the only exception being if the product is received damaged.
Important: All returns require unboxing video proof. Please record a clear unboxing video when you receive your package. Without this video evidence, we cannot process return requests.
If you receive a damaged product, please bring it to our notice within 48 hoursΒ of receiving the shipment, along with:
- Unboxing video showing the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Copy of your invoice
Please return your product within 2 working days after sending the email to info@bagus.in along with the required documentation.
If more than 2 working days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging as received, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Special Policy: Glass & Wood Products
Glass & Wood items are extremely fragile and handcrafted. Due to their delicate nature, these products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Exception: Transit Damage Only
If your Glass & Wood item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 24 hours with:
- Unboxing video clearly showing the damage
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number and invoice
We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and provide either a full refund or replacement subject to availability.
Note: This policy exists because Glass & Wood pieces are individually hand-blown and molten onto driftwood, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind and impossible to replicate exactly.
How to Request a Return (Damaged Products Only)
- Record an unboxing video when receiving your package (mandatory for all return requests)
- Email info@bagus.in within 2 working days (Excluded for Glass & Wood items)
- Include your order number and copy of invoice
- Attach clear photos of the damage
- Provide the unboxing video link or attachment
- Wait for our response with return instructions

We pack every product with immense care and inspect each item very carefully before dispatch. All our products are handcrafted from natural materials and undergo thorough quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Unboxing video proof protects both you and us by providing clear evidence of the product's condition upon delivery. This ensures we can quickly resolve any genuine transit damage issues and process your claim efficiently.
